Gazo Trading & Services Return & Exchange Policy

At Gazo Trading & Services, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary. Please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges (For Online Purchases Only)

Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information from the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase included.

Several types of products are exempt from returns:

  • Consumables such as filters, cleaning tools, chemicals, and films are non-returnable due to wear and tear.
  • Pre-order and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift items included with your purchase are also non-refundable.

Exchanges (For Online Purchases Only)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly offer a one-to-one exchange. Please note that the exchange item will only be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Out-of-Stock Exchange Items: If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will recommend a similar product. If you prefer not to accept the replacement, a full refund will be provided.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

For returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item due to a defect or damage, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Gazo Trading & Services cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

International Orders

For international orders (excluding Singapore), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs due to the high cost of shipping.
